
Ammie Black is a dual certified Human Resources professional with a B.S. in Human Resources
and Organizational Leadership. With over 15 years’ experience in leading organizations in
recruitment, training and development she is passionate about helping people cultivate their best
selves. Ammie has a proven ability to create strategic plans and solutions for organizations to
continue to grow and lead well. She has spoken at various conferences and seminars both locally
and nationally on topics ranging from emotional intelligence to onboarding and mentoring staff,
generational diversity and today’s topic of conflict resolution. In her private time Ammie is a

Suzanne Boy is passionate about helping her clients proactively and cost-effectively resolve
workplace issues. She frequently conducts workplace training sessions and wage/hour audits; she
drafts handbooks and other workplace policies; and she guides clients on employee termination,
leave, and disciplinary issues. When litigation cannot be avoided, Suzanne represents her clients
in employment litigation and before employment agencies including the EEOC, FCHR, DOL,
and NLRB.
Suzanne is very involved in the community, and currently serves on several local boards,
including SHRM SWFL, Canterbury School Board of Trustees, Greater Fort Myers Chamber
Board of Directors, and Greater Fort Myers Chamber Foundation Board of Directors. She has
been recognized by Gulfshore Business Magazine’s Forty Under 40, the Business Observer’s 40
Under 40, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and Florida Super Lawyers. Suzanne frequently speaks to
businesses and professional groups on various employment matters.
Suzanne is proud to be one of fewer than 200 attorneys in Florida who are Board Certified in
Labor & Employment Law. She is a founding member of Boy Agnew Potanovic, PLLC, the
only law firm in Southwest Florida with multiple Board Certified employment lawyers.

Joshua Sky; As Founder and President of The Sky’s The Limit Consulting, Inc., based in Estero, Florida,
(www.theskysthelimitconsulting.com), Joshua’s focus is to offer coaching, training and
facilitation of programs to proactive organizations that are committed to improving the skills,
knowledge and abilities of their greatest resource – their employees.
Joshua is a national member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
After joining ASTD in 1995, Joshua had the privilege of serving his local professional
colleagues as the President of the Southwest Florida Chapter in 1998, and again briefly in 2001.
He’s a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and a national
member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Joshua is also an active
member, who has served as a Board member and on numerous committees of two local Florida
SHRM chapters – HR Collier (in Naples since 2004), and HRMA of Southwest Florida (in Fort
Myers since 2010). Josh is a Certified DiSC® Trainer and is SPHR® (Senior Professional in

Tom Topping is a professional speaker and employee engagement expert with a master’s degree
in Human Resources Management. He has spent his career transforming teams and training
individuals for some of the largest organizations in the United States. His professional
contributions have been described as innovative, unique, pioneering, daring, and out-of-the-box.
He has led large-scale pilot programs in performance management, re-envisioned an entire
human resources department, and managed the implementation of a $5 million educational grant.
He recently started his own company, Training Perfected, dedicated to helping companies
maximize the performance and happiness of their employees.
As a committed member of the business community, Tom currently serves as District Director
for HR Florida. He was named the HR Florida Chapter President of the Year for 2017 for his
service to SuncoastHR in Pinellas County, Florida.

Rich Williams is the President of Career Experts, a professional staffing firm. He is also author
of the book “Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent”. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from the University of Nebraska. He also has earned his SPHR and his SHRM-
SCP. Rich is passionate about learning and growing and helping others to do so as well. He has
spoken at HR events around Florida and provides leadership and HR training for his clients. He
has been on the board of Suncoast HR for the last eight years and is currently the Past President
for 2020.
